As some of you may have been aware, I have been working on my C# ray tracer. Well, today, I finally managed to create my first ray traced image.


I still haven't implemented lighting or anything yet, so it's all just flat shading, but I'm still proud [SMILEY Very Happy]

Beautiful image and great time. What kind of intersection-acceleration algorithm, shading algorithm, and rendering machine was that with? You have some detailed caustics... I'm curious how many samples/rays you used to get such low noise? Very nice work. Thanks for sharing.
