The shader is compiled at runtime and is reconfigurable.
REQUIREMENTS- direct x 11, but preferably fermi standard at least, amd works fine.

I use a really small noise texture, no more than 64x64, that way I dont abuse the cache, and then I apply it at different frequencies and perturb x and z due to altitude to create cliffs.
The secret is keeping the texture small...   then the rays go through ALOT quicker.
